"Packed well and showed up in great shape"
My order got here faster than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. I was going to say the box looked fine, but really it looked better than fine, no dents or rough spots.

Everything inside was packed neatly, and nothing had leaked or broken. The cold pack was still cool too, so I felt like they actually paid attention to keeping things in good condition.

Overall, it was just an easy, solid experience. They clearly handled the order with care, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

"Order came exactly right"
I ordered a few things and, uh, everything showed up exactly how I picked it. The amounts were right, the labels matched, and nothing was missing. i was just glad I didn’t have to email anyone to get something fixed. Straightforward order, and it arrived just as expected

"Lab info is available, just a little hard to sort through"
I was glad to see the COA pages are actually there, because that’s important to me. I did have to click around more than I expected to find what I was looking for, though. Some of the reports seemed up to date, and a few I wasn’t totally sure about. It’s not a huge issue or anything, I just think the lab testing info could be a bit easier to check at a glance.

"Good selection, but stock can be hit or miss"
They’ve got a decent selection, and the site is easy enough to get around. A couple of the things I was looking for were out of stock when I checked, which was a little frustrating. Anyway... overall it’s not a bad place to shop, I just wish the availability was a bit more consistent

The purity felt a bit questionable, and trying to get any reassurance about it made me feel like I was begging for basic answers. I ended up feeling resentful about the whole experience.

"Shipping took more energy than it should have"
The shipping was just okay. It took longer than I expected, and I spent too much time checking the tracking and wondering where it was, which felt like wasted energy. It did show up in good condition in the end, so that was fine, but the wait was annoying

"Simple and straightforward"
The site was easy enough to use, and I found what I needed quickly. i think that’s how it should be, no one should have to waste time digging around just to get basic information.

"Checkout was fine, but also kind of annoying"
Ordering was easy enough, but the checkout part somehow felt a little clunky. It wasn’t hard to use, but I still caught myself double-checking a couple things before the order actually went through. So I guess it was simple, but not exactly smooth, if that makes sense. I did get the confirmation email right after, so everything worked out in the end
